Terms & Conditions

Please refer to the website design, development and hosting service TERMS & CONDITIONS listed below:

• 1. Payment and Charges
  Fixed design & development cost and annual hosting fee costs exclude VAT, payment terms are strictly 30 days from invoice. Clients can select from one of 5 existing templates which will then be adapted to their specific content, the development price quoted includes two rounds of revisions. Further rounds of revisions are charged at £25 per hour. Future alterations to the site can be briefed directly to QuotemeTAXI and in this case design changes will be charged at £25 per hour.
• 2. Operation and Support
  All fare requests processed by the developed site will be made accessible exclusively to the client via the QuotemeTAXI website, including all received contact information. A current trade subscription package is not required and all hosted quotes can be made without charge. The developed site must be hosted by QuotemeTAXI for a minimum of 1 year with a subsequent 30 day written notice period to end hosting. The QuotemeTAXI hosting environment, servers & site HTML code will not be accessible to the client at any time. QuotemeTAXI will perform all hosting support with the best endeavour to resolve issues within 6 business hours.
• 3. Usage and Ownership
  HWBStudio retains all copyrights for the developed site homepages as well as the ownership of all the source files, designs and graphics produced to assembly the Templates at their final state. On the settlement of all charges, the client is passed ownership of the developed Template phisical design and the right to use it for all legitimate business activities. The client however may not copy, resell or make derivative works from the HTML/CSS code whatsoever, without the express permission of HWBStudio. The client agrees to retain a back-link to hwbstudio.com on the site homepage. QuotemeTAXI retains all copyright and ownership of the developed site request form and grants to the client an unlimited usage licence while the site is hosted by QuotemeTAXI.
• 4. Copyrights & Trademarks
  The client represents to QuotemeTAXI and unconditionally guarantees that any elements of logo and trademarks, text, photos or images supllied for inclusion in the above mentioned webpages are owned by the client, or that the client has permission from the rightful owner to use each of these elements and will hold harmless, protect, and defend Quotemetaxi and its partners / subcontractors from any claim or suit arising from the use of such elements furnished by the client.
• 5. Termination
  In the event of termination, the developed site homepage HTML code will be passed to the client on receipt from the client of a signed acceptance of the Usage & Ownership terms in 3. above. The developed site request form remains the strict property of QuotemeTAXI & all HTML code and references to the form will be removed from any files passed to the client.
